Ministry and work is disrupted and derailed by poor leadership, conflict, and misunderstanding. Our process begins with DISCOVERY (self-awareness), then learning how to RELATE effectively, and GROWING both personally and organizationally. We are deeply committed to the historic Christian faith and the Gospel.
Our vision is to help you build a culture where relationships thrive.
“Consentia” is Latin for awareness. Change is possible when we become aware of how we behave and why.
We value Transformation (through self-awareness and the Gospel), Multiplication (through Certification), and Excellence (in our training, resources, and support).
We believe that combining self-awareness with Gospel truth provides the opportunity for deep transformation.
We use the powerful SDI 2.0 that aligns with the three passions of the soul
Research demonstrates our training produces highly significant transformation in soul awareness, relational management, and conflict resolution.
We provide training or invest in you to be a facilitator of our resources to your ministry through certification.
Specific applications of relational intelligence training are available for ministries and non-profits.
