Yeathus Johnson has served as both pastor and church planter and has 12 years of experience developing leaders and churches in urban environments. He is passionate about cultural awareness for the church as the church becomes more and more diverse. He is a doctoral candidate at Alliance Theological Seminary focusing on cultural awareness training.

Peter has invested much of his life in working with youth and training up leaders. He has a coaching ministry and is eager to assist others on their mission. Peter is currently active in working with First Responders - Police, Fire, EMS, and Dispatch - in critical incidents and trauma. He's used SDI with firefighter command Staff in local departments and with school educators. He consults with non-profit youth agencies, developing leadership programs for county-level efforts. Additionally, he is currently serving four fire departments and two police departments as an on-call, critical incident Chaplain.
I was raised as a missionary kid in the Belgian Congo. My wife, Marian, and I have served as cross-cultural missionaries with The Christian and Missionary Alliance since 1979 in Congo (former Zaire), Rep of Guinea, and France. Our ministries have focused on leadership training through the traditional resident school model and informal mentor-based learning. My undergraduate training is in Christian Education, M.Div. in Pastoral Care (Bethel Theological Seminary), and D.Miss. in Intercultural Studies (Trinity International University). I completed Christian coach’s training in 2007 with the Christian Coaches Institute and trained in Strength Development Inventory in 2013. I currently serve as Director of Global Advance & Consulting ministries at the Christian and Missionary Alliance regional office for New Jersey and New York City—Metropolitan District of the C&MA.
Mark has extensive ministry experience in South America training leaders. He has also served as a District Superintendent in denominational leadership consulting and coaching pastors and churches. He holds a D.Min.’s from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary.

Dr. Larry G. Shelton has led 2 churches as senior pastor for a total of 33 years ministry experience. His first church grew from 70 to 3,000 in 15 years. He has post graduate degrees in Medical Technology and Marriage, Family and Child counseling as well as a Masters of Divinity and a Doctorate in Church Growth and Administration from Fuller Theological Seminary. He has been married for 530 months to Faith, the love of his life. Together they raised four amazing children. Dr. Shelton is spearheading the SoulMates for Life application of SDI. He is the author of Short Stories for the Long Haul, a devotional guide for couples.
Walter Slade has been an Human Resource specialist for 35 years. He is a certified coach and specializes in change management. For the past seven years he has been serving the church through church health assessment and consulting. He is passionate about facilitating personal growth and organizational growth through coaching.
Our President, Dr. Bruce Terpstra, has 36 years of pastoral ministry experience. He is a veteran of 17 years in denominational leadership and developed more than 70 new churches in the New York metro area and has given oversight to almost 400 pastors. He holds a doctorate in Leadership Development and is also the founder of 3KeyCoaching and the author of Three Passions of the Soul.
